Excellent flavour, very potent! Takes about an hour for me to take effect but it packs a huge punch.
Extremely cost effect high, or sleep aid. I cut it up and keep the morsels in a small Tupperware in the fridge freezer.
Highly recommended.
Also, the B.C. Herb Store has the best customer service ever! There was a small problem with my order and they went above and beyond to fix it!
